Two casino sites can look nothing alike and still be one company. The brand name, the colour scheme and the bonus wording are marketing decisions; the licence number is a registration, and a registration belongs to a legal entity.
This page sets out which numbers repeat across the 100 brands in our library, which companies sit behind them, and what a reader can and cannot conclude from the overlap. Terms and register entries were read on 26 August 2026.
How much overlap is there in a hundred brands?
Sixty-eight of the 100 brands publish a licence number. Those 68 numbers reduce to 53 distinct registrations. The gap of fifteen is not rounding: nine registrations carry 24 brand names between them, and the remaining 44 brands sit one to a number.
Put the other way round, roughly one brand in three that publishes a number shares it with at least one other brand in the same library.

One of those nine, OGL/2023/103/0067, is recorded in the Curaçao portal with a status of revoked, which means three brands share a single revoked registration. That case is taken apart on our page about revoked casino licences.
Which companies appear more than once?
The licence number is one layer. The company named on the certificate is another, and it does not always group the brands the same way. Fifty-two of the hundred brands name a holding company; those 52 names reduce to 43 distinct companies.

Two further pairs group by company on the Anjouan side rather than in Curaçao: Sorta Group Limitada holds the entry behind Fairspin and Weiss, and Igloo Ventures SRL the entry behind Instant Casino and CoinCasino. Ryker B.V., company number 154186, covers jackbit.com and freshbet.com.
Why does a company run several brands at once?
The register does not answer that, and neither will this page invent a motive. What the register does show is the mechanics: one application, one compliance file, one set of banking arrangements, and then as many public-facing names as the operator chooses to launch on top of it.
The practical effect for a reader is narrower and more useful than any theory about intent.
What changes when two sites share a registration?
- A comparison between them is not independent. Two brands on one file are two products of one compliance decision, not two opinions about how to run a casino.
- A problem that reaches the registration reaches every brand on it at once. Three of the brands above sit on a revoked number together for exactly that reason.
- An account closed by one brand is not necessarily separate from the other in the operator’s own records, because the operator is the same legal person.
- Terms wording tends to travel with the file. Among the five brands on ALSI-202508056-FI2, the withdrawal-cap clause carries a different number on each site but the same sentence pattern, which is itself a signal that the documents share an origin.
What does the shared number not prove?
It does not prove common ownership of the underlying business, only common registration. A licence can be held by an operating entity that runs platforms for others, and the register does not distinguish that arrangement from a group of sister brands.
It also does not prove that two brands share software, game suppliers or a payments stack, though in several of the pairs above the published game-supplier lists overlap heavily.
What it proves is that the same document sits behind both names, and that is enough to stop treating them as two independent data points.
How do you check the grouping yourself?
- Copy the licence number exactly, including slashes and the FI suffix on Anjouan numbers.
- Look up the domain, not the brand: the Curaçao certificate portal is indexed by domain, and the certificate names the domain it was issued for.
- Read the company name and, in Curaçao, the company registration number, which is the most reliable key for grouping.
- Search the same number in the Anjouan public register if the prefix is ALSI, and note the expiry date, which Curaçao does not print.
- Record the date you read it. Status and expiry both move.
